VRL Logistics Q4 Results: Profit More Than Triples, Beating Estimates

VRL Logistics Ltd. reported a substantial uptick in its bottom line in the fourth quarter of financial year 2025, beating analysts' consensus estimate of Rs 49 crore tracked by Bloomberg.

The net profit of the company grew 245% to Rs 74 crore in the March quarter, compared to Rs 22 crore in the year-ago period.

VRL Logistics Q4 FY25 Results Highlights (Consolidated, YoY)

  • Revenue up 5.3% to Rs 809 crore versus Rs 768 crore (Bloomberg estimate: Rs 839 crore).

  • Ebitda up 78.1% to Rs 187 crore versus Rs 105 crore (Bloomberg estimate: Rs 152 crore).

  • Margin at 23.1% versus 13.7% (Bloomberg estimate: 18.1%).

  • Net profit up 245% to Rs 74.2 crore versus Rs 21.5 crore (Bloomberg estimate: Rs 48.5 crore).

Dividend

The company declared a final dividend of Rs 10 per equity share, with a face value of Rs 10 for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. This is subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company.

The dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration.

The record date or book closure will be intimated to the involved parties in due course of time.

The total amount to be disbursed by the company as dividend would be up to Rs 87 crore.

Shares of the company closed nearly 2.50% higher at Rs 559.95 apiece on the NSE, compared to a 0.52% rise in the benchmark Nifty.
