United Spirits Q1 Results: Profit Declines Even As Revenue Sees Uptick

United Spirits Ltd. reported a 14% year-on-year decline in net profit for the first quarter of fiscal 2026.
The alcohol manufacturer reported a consolidated bottom-line of Rs 417 crore in the quarter ended June 30, against Rs 485 crore in the year-ago period, according to an exchange filing on Wednesday.
Revenue for the company went up 9.4% to Rs 3,021 crore from Rs 2,761 crore in the same quarter last year.
Earnings before interest tax depreciation and amortisation declined 10% to Rs 644 crore compared Rs 713 crore, and Ebitda margin contracted to 21.3% from 25.8%.
