United Breweries is slated to release its financial statements for the quarter and nine months ending Dec. 31, 2024, on Thursday, Feb. 13, following a meeting of its board of directors.
"We wish to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of United Breweries Limited ("the Company") is scheduled to be held on Thursday, February 13, 2025, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year to date ended December 31, 2024," the company said in an exchange filing on Jan. 13.

United Breweries Ltd. recorded a 23% year-on-year jump in its net profit at Rs 132.3 crore in Q2 against Rs 107.2 crore in the year-ago period. The beer maker's revenues rose 13% YoY to Rs 2,116.7 crore. Ebitda jumped 23% YoY to Rs 227.2 crore. Ebitda margins expanded to 10.7% from 9.8% in the year-ago period.
