In a stock exchange filing dated July 10, South Indian Bank stated that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled for July 17 to consider and approve the financial results for Q1 FY26.
"A meeting of the Board of Directors of The South Indian Bank Ltd., Thrissur, is scheduled to be held on Thursday, July 17, to consider inter-alia the following: To consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter ended June 30, 2025," the filing said.

South Indian Bank Q1FY26 Trading Window Closure
The trading window for dealing in the bank’s securities is closed for designated persons from July 1 to July 19.
“In continuation of our earlier intimation dated 25th June, 2025 the “Trading Window” of the Bank’s securities was closed from Tuesday, July 1, 2025, and it will be closed till Saturday, July 19, 2025, (both days inclusive) pursuant to Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015,” it said in the exchange filing.
