SJVN Ltd., formerly known as Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam, is scheduled to announce its financial statements for the December 2024 quarter this week as the ongoing Q3 earnings season inches its final leg. The state-owned company is involved in hydroelectric power generation and transmission. SJVN was established in 1988 as a joint venture between the Government of India and the Government of Himachal Pradesh. It has commissioned fourteen projects with a total installed capacity of 2467 MW and 123 km of transmission line.

SJVN Q3 Results: Date And Time
SJVN Ltd's board is scheduled to meet on Thursday, Feb. 13 to consider and approve the company's financial statement for the quarter and nine months ending Dec. 31, 2024. The board shall also consider an interim dividend, if any, for FY25 during the meeting.
"This is to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Thursday, February 13, 2025, inter-alia, to consider and approve the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31," the company stated in a filing on Feb. 5.

SJVN Q3 Results: Earnings Call
The company has scheduled an earnings call with analysts and investors to discuss its financial performance during the quarter and nine months ending Dec. 31, 2024.

Net profit of SJVN Ltd. formerly known as Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam, remained nearly flat at Rs 439.9 crore in the second quarter of FY25 in comparison to Rs 439.64 crore in the year-ago period.
Revenue increased 16.8% year-on-year to Rs 1,026.25 crore while Ebitda rose 17% YoY to Rs 828.4 crore. Ebitda margins expanded to 80.7% from 80.4% in the same period last year.
