R R Kabel Ltd.'s net profit soared 64% in the quarter ended March 31, 2025, thereby beating analysts' estimates.
The company's bottom-line came in at Rs 129 crore during the January-March period of fiscal 2025, according to an exchange filing on Friday. That compares with a consensus estimate of Rs 90.1 crore by analysts polled by Bloomberg. In the year-ago period, the company posted a net profit of Rs 78.7 crore.

Dividend
The board of RR Kabel recommended a final dividend of Rs 3.5 per share for the financial year ended March 2025, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the annual general meeting.
The final dividend, if approved, will be paid within 30 days from the date of the AGM.
Shares of R R Kabel closed 2% lower at Rs 1,023.80 apiece on the NSE, compared to a 0.05% rise in the benchmark Nifty 50. The stock has fallen 38.93% in the last 12 months and 28.89% on a year-to-date basis.
Out of nine analysts tracking the company, eight recommend a 'buy' rating on the stock and one suggests 'hold', according to Bloomberg data. The average of 12-month analysts' price target implies a potential upside of 42.1%.
