PFC Q4 Results: Date, Earnings Call Schedule, Dividend And Other Details

Power Finance Corporation Ltd. (PFC), a Maharatna public sector enterprise, is scheduled to release its financial results for the fourth quarter and the financial year ended March 31, 2025, this week.

The state-owned power sector financing company is primarily engaged in funding infrastructure projects. The Power Ministry PSU earlier this week informed the bourses about its schedule for the release of Q4 and FY25 results.

Power Finance Corporation Ltd. (PFC) has informed the stock exchanges that its Board of Directors will meet on May 21 to review and approve the company’s audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025.

In a separate exchange filing, the company stated that the Board will also consider a proposal for the recommendation of a final dividend, if any, for the financial year 2024-25.

PFC said that the trading window for the company’s equity shares and listed debt securities, including tax-free bonds, was closed on April 1. This has been done to prevent any potential misuse of unpublished price-sensitive information ahead of the company’s Q4 and full-year financial results announcement. The trading window is scheduled to reopen on May 24, 2025. During this period, all designated persons and their immediate relatives will be barred from trading in PFC securities, including buying, selling, or pledging.

Power Finance Corporation Ltd. (PFC) reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 7,759.56 crore for the third quarter ended December  2024, marking a year-on-year growth of over 23% from Rs 6,294.44 crore in the corresponding period of 2023. The company’s consolidated revenue from operations in Q3 stood at Rs 26,798.04 crore, up from Rs 23,571.83 crore in the same quarter of the previous financial year.

Over the past five sessions, shares of Power Finance Corporation Ltd. have gained 0.3%. In the past month, the stock has dipped by 4.65%, while in the last six months, it has tanked 8.25%. On a year-to-date basis, the stock has declined 7.22%, and over the last year, it has fallen by 11.33%.

The PSU stock hit a 52-week high of Rs 580 apiece on the NSE on July 12, 2024. It touched a 52-week low of Rs 357.25 apiece on Feb. 17, 2025.

As of 9:37 a.m. on Tuesday, PFC shares were trading 0.78% lower at Rs 415.95 apiece on the NSE. This compares to a flat benchmark Nifty 50.
