NMDC Q4 Results 2025: Date, Dividend News, Earnings Call Schedule And More

bNMDC Ltd. is scheduled to announce its financial results for the fourth quarter early next week. The iron ore exploration and production company confirmed the date of its upcoming earnings in a filing submitted to the stock exchanges.

The Board of Directors of the NMDC Ltd. will meet on Tuesday, May 27, to review and approve the audited financial results — both standalone and consolidated — for the fourth quarter and financial year ending Mar. 31. The Board will also consider a proposal for the recommendation of the final dividend for FY 2024-25, if any.

NMDC Ltd. has informed the stock exchanges that the trading window for dealing in the company’s securities has been officially closed from April 1, 2025. This closure applies to all insiders, including designated persons and their immediate relatives. The trading window will remain shut until May 29, 2025, which is 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ending Mar. 31, 2025.

NMDC Ltd. has announced that it will hold an analysts and investors’ conference call on Wednesday, May 28, at 12 noon, IST, to discuss its financial performance for the fourth quarter and the financial year ended March 31.

NMDC Ltd. reported a significant rise in net profit for the third quarter of the financial year 2024-25, according to its consolidated results. The public sector company’s net profit increased to Rs 1,881.96 crore for the December 2024 quarter, up from Rs 1,483.93 crore in the same period in 2023. Consolidated revenue from operations also saw strong growth, reaching Rs 6,567.83 crore, compared to Rs 5,409.90 crore recorded in the corresponding quarter of 2023.

NMDC share price has risen 3.03% in the past five trading sessions on the NSE. It has delivered a 6.54% return over the past month. The six-month performance is slightly negative at −4.14%. On a year-to-date basis, the stock has increased by 9.84%. In the last one year, the stock has been down by 18.85%.

The NMDC stock reached a 52-week high of Rs 95 on May 22, 2024, and a 52-week low of Rs 59.53 on April 9, 2025.

NMDC shares ended 1.80% higher at Rs 72.47 apiece on the NSE on Friday. The benchmark Nifty 50 rose 0.99%.
