Nestle India Q3 Results: Profit Up 5%, Meets Estimates

Nestle reported a net profit of Rs 688 crore for the December quarter, compared with an estimated Rs 682 crore.

Net profit of Nestle India Ltd. rose in the third quarter of fiscal 2025, meeting analysts' estimates.

The maker of Maggi instant noodles and KitKat chocolates posed a 4.9% year-on-year rise in net profit to Rs 688 crore in the three months ended Dec. 31, 2024, according to an exchange filing on Friday. That compares with the Rs 682-crore consensus estimate of analysts tracked by Bloomberg.

Nestle India Q3 Results Highlights (Consolidated, YoY):

  • Revenue up 3.9% at Rs 4,780 crore versus Rs 4,600 crore (Bloomberg estimates: 4,738 crore).

  • Ebitda down 1% at Rs 1,085 crore versus Rs 1,095 crore (Bloomberg estimates: 1,066 crore).

  • Ebitda margin contracts 110 bps at 22.7% versus 23.8% (Bloomberg estimates: 22.5%).

  • Net profit up 4.9% at Rs 688 crore versus Rs 656 crore (Bloomberg estimates: 682 crore).
