NIIT Learning Systems Bets on Bigger Deals, Targets 50% AI Revenue by 2032

Sapnesh Lalla, CEO of NIIT Learning Systems, told NDTV Profit that deal values are expected to increase in the coming years as the company focuses on building more predictable and recurring revenue streams. While maintaining its FY27 revenue and margin guidance, Lalla said geopolitical uncertainties could take several months to stabilise, outlined plans to derive 50% of revenue from AI-enabled services by 2032, and indicated that the company remains open to inorganic growth opportunities despite a dip in its professional services business in the first quarter.
