Mukesh Ambani-owned Jio Financial Services Ltd. is set to declare its results for the quarter and nine months ended Dec. 31, 2024, on Friday. The company has already notified the exchanges about its Q3 result announcement.
Jio Financial Services has a market cap of Rs 1.76 lakh crore. The company provides financial services loans, savings accounts, UPI bill payments, recharges and digital insurance services to its customers.

In its stock exchange filing, Jio Financial Services said it would declare results for its October-December quarter on Friday, Jan. 17.
"Please note that a meeting of the board of directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Friday, January 17, 2025, inter alia, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024," the company said.
A presentation to analysts will also be made available at 7:30 p.m., it said.

Jio Financial Services Share Price History
Over the past week, the share price of Jio Financial Services has declined over 7%, while slipping more than 18% in the past month. Jio Financial Services' stock price has surged nearly 9% in the last year.
Shares of Jio Financial Services ended 1.62% higher at Rs 276.80 apiece on Thursday. Compared to this, benchmark Nifty 50 ended 0.42% up at 23,311.80 points.
Jio Financial Services Q2 Results
Jio Financial Services Ltd. reported a 3% year-on-year increase in net profit, reaching Rs 689 crore in the second quarter of the current fiscal year. In comparison, the company posted a net profit of Rs 668 crore in Q2 FY24. Total income grew to Rs 694 crore in Q2 of FY25, up from Rs 608 crore in the same quarter of the previous financial year.
