ITC Hotels Q1FY26 Results On July 16 — All You Need To Know

ITC Hotels Ltd. is set to hold its upcoming Board Meeting this week to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 2025. A part of FMCG to tobacco conglomerate ITC Ltd., the company made its stock exchange debut on Jan. 29 at a market capitalisation of about Rs 39,000 crore.

Established in 1975, ITC Hotels operates over 140 properties across more than 90 destinations in India. It operates six distinctive brands across segments to cater to different consumer demands.

ITC Ltd. completed the demerger of its hotel and hospitality business with the listing of ITC Hotels on the BSE and NSE in January 2025.  

Its upcoming results for the April-June quarter will highlight the company’s fiscal health and broader sector trends. It will contain key information on ITC Hotels’ profitability, revenue, costs and other details, giving investors insights about the company’s potential and challenges ahead.

ITC Hotels Q1FY26 Date

On July 9, ITC Hotels informed the exchanges that its Board of Directors will meet on July 16 to consider and approve financial results for the quarter ended June 2025.

The company has not shared any details regarding a potential dividend declaration for the shareholders. Following the results, the hospitality arm of ITC Ltd. is also expected to hold an earnings call for its investors and analysts to discuss the Q1FY26 results. The details of its earnings call are expected to be shared soon.

ITC Hotels Q1FY26 Trading Window

Ahead of the declaration of the Q1FY26 results, the company’s trading window has been closed for senior designated persons and their relatives since July 1. This move marks compliance with SEBI’s regulations aimed at preventing insider trading.

“The trading window for the company’s shares will be closed from July 1 for designated persons and their immediate relatives. It will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2025,” ITC Hotels informed the stock exchanges.

ITC Hotels Share Price History

ITC Hotels made its debut on the stock exchanges on Jan. 29, with listing of its shares at Rs 180 apiece on the NSE and Rs 188 apiece on the BSE.

Since listing, the stock has gained nearly 35% to trade at Rs 231.70 apiece level currently on the NSE as of 9:20 a.m. on Tuesday.

The hospitality stock touched an all-time high of Rs 235.55 apiece on the NSE on July 11, 2025, and a 52-week low of Rs 155.1 apiece on Jan. 31, 2025.
