IRCON Q3 Results: State-owned IRCON International is set to announce the financial results for the October-December quarter next week.
Engineering and construction firm IRCON International, or Indian Railway Construction International Ltd., is primarily engaged in the construction of railway projects in India and abroad. IRCON Q3 Results: Date And Time
IRCON International said that its board of directors will meet on Tuesday, Feb 11, following which the company will declare the Q3 results.
"It is hereby informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 11th February 2025 to inter-alia, consider & approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2024," it said in a stock exchange filing on Feb. 4.
The company has also scheduled a conference call on Feb. 12 at 3:30 p.m., to discuss the financial results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2024.
IRCON Interim Dividend Announcement
The board of directors will further consider and approve the "declaration of Interim Dividend, if any, for the financial year 2024-25," IRCON said.
The record date of the payment of interim dividend has been set as Monday, Feb. 17, the company announced.
"It is hereby informed that the record date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2024-25, would be Monday, 17th February, 2025, subject to declaration of the said Interim Dividend by the Board of Directors in its meeting to be held on Tuesday, 11th February, 2025," it said in the stock exchange filing.

IRCON Q2 Result Highlights
IRCON International reported a decline in both revenue and profit in Q2. The top line dropped 19.3% to Rs 2,447.52 crore from Rs 3,033.27 crore in the same period last year. Net profit also saw a decline of 18% year-on-year to Rs 205.92 crore from Rs 250.78 crore. Ebitda dropped 23% to Rs 200.88 crore, while the margins stood at 8.2% versus 8.6% last year.
