Infosys Q4 Results: Date, Time, Final Dividend News, Earnings Call Details And More

IT giant Infosys is set to announce its results for the fourth quarter and financial year 2024–25 this week. The company has already communicated the detailed schedule for the announcement of its Q4 and FY25 financial results.

Established in 1981, Infosys is the second-largest IT services company in India. It was the first Indian IT company to be listed on the NASDAQ. With a strong global footprint, the Bengaluru-headquartered company operates in 56 countries through a network of over three lakh employees.

Here’s everything you need to know about Infosys’ Q4 and FY25 results:

Infosys will announce the results for the fourth quarter and the financial year that ended March 31, 2025, on April 17, around 3:45 p.m. In an exchange filing, the company said its Board of Directors will meet on April 16 and 17 to approve and take on record the financial results of the company and its subsidiaries as per Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS) for Q4 and FY25.

Further, the board will also consider the recommendation of a dividend, if any, for FY25.

Infosys' leadership team will be part of a press conference at 4:15 p.m. on April 17. The participating executives will address questions from the media during this interaction, which will be streamed live on the Investor Relations section of Infosys website, following which it will be archived.

In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window of the company will be closed from March 16 and will re-open on April 21.

Infosys will hold a 60-minute conference call on April 17 at 5:30 p.m. It will be webcast live on the Investor Relations section of the Infosys website. An archive of the call will be available after 7:30 p.m. on April 17.

For Q3 FY25, Infosys reported an 11.4% increase in net profit to Rs 6,806 crore from Rs 6,106 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal. Revenue rose by 7.6% year-on-year to Rs 41,764 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 38,821 crore in Q3 FY24. Total operating expenses grew 3.5% to Rs 3,732 crore in Q3 FY25, compared to Rs 3,607 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal.

Shares of Infosys have risen by nearly 5% in the past five trading sessions. The stock has fallen by almost 12% in the past month and nosedived 27% over the past six months. Yearly, it has declined 2.9%, and on a year-to-date basis, it has fallen 24.27%.

As per NSE, Infosys shares touched a 52-week high of Rs 2,006.45 on Dec. 13, 2024, and a 52-week low of Rs 1,307 on April 7, 2025.
