Hyundai Motor India, a subsidiary of South Korean automobile maker Hyundai, is set to release its quarterly and full year financial results this week.
Besides the fourth quarter, the company will also share the overall result for the financial year ending March 2025.

Hyundai Motor India Q4 Results: Date And Dividend
Hyundai Motor India Ltd. has informed the Exchange that its Board Meeting will be held on May 16 to consider and approve the audited financial results for the year ended March 2025.
During the meeting, the board will also consider a recommendation to declare a dividend, the company said in a press release dated May 8.

In a separate exchange filing dated May 12, Hyundai invited its investors and analysts to attend the earnings call to discuss the performance and FY26 outlook.

Hyundai Motor India Q4FY25: Trading Window Closure
In compliance with the regulatory norms to prevent insider trading, Hyundai Motor India said that its trading window will remain closed from April 1 till 48 hours after the announcement of the results. This applies to designated persons, including the senior management of the company and their relatives, the carmaker informed the bourses on March 26.
Hyundai Motor India Q3 Results
In Q3FY25, Hyundai Motor India’s revenue stood at Rs 16,648 crore, down 1.3% year-on-year from Rs 16,874 crore in Q3FY24. The company’s EBITDA dropped 13.7% YoY to Rs 1,875 crore, compared to Rs 2,173 crore in the year-ago period. The EBITDA margin stood at 11.3% in Q3FY25, compared to 12.9% in the same quarter of the preceding fiscal. The consolidated net profit saw a decline to Rs 1,161 crore in the quarter under review, down 19% YoY compared to Rs 1,425 crore in Q3FY24.
Hyundai Motor India Share Price History
Hyundai Motor India shares have gained 7.35% in the past five sessions. The auto stock has rallied 10.28% in the last month, while rising 5.44% in the past six months. The shares of the automaker have risen 1.36% year-to-date.
The stock made a lacklustre debut with a flat listing at Rs 1,934 apiece on the NSE on Oct. 22, 2024. The auto stock was listed at a discount of 1.3% compared to its IPO price of Rs 1,960 per share.
As of 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, Hyundai Motor India shares were trading 1.33% higher at Rs 1,823.90 apiece on the NSE. This compares to a flat benchmark Nifty 50.
