In an exchange filing dated July 14, Hindustan Unilever said that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled on July 31 to consider the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2025.

Hindustan Unilever Q4FY25 Results

Hindustan Unilever reported a 3.4% year-on-year (YoY) decline in consolidated net profit at Rs 2,475 crore in Q4FY25 from Rs 2,561 crore in Q4FY24. Total income increased 3.5% YoY to Rs 15,979 crore in Q4FY25 from Rs 15,441 crore in the year-ago quarter. Total expenses rose 3.1% YoY to Rs 12,478 crore in Q4FY25 from Rs 12,100 crore in Q4FY24.

Shares of Hindustan Unilever have fallen 1.29% in the past five trading sessions on the NSE. In the past month, the FMCG stock has gained 5.46% and in the past six months, it has increased 0.46%. On a year-to-date basis, the stock has climbed 4.21%. Over the past year, it has decreased by 10.09%. 

The stock hit a 52-week high of Rs 3,035 apiece on the NSE on Sept. 23, 2024, and a 52-week low of Rs 2,136 apiece on March 4, 2025.

At 11:31 a.m. on Wednesday, HUL shares were trading 1.38% lower at Rs 2,419.80 apiece on the NSE. This compares to a 0.28% rise in the benchmark Nifty 50.
