Hindustan Aeronautics Q3 Results: Date And Time
Hindustan Aeronautics in a stock exchange filing on Jan. 27 said it will release its October-December 2024 quarter results on Wednesday, Feb. 12 following a meeting of its board of directors.
"This is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, the 12th February, 2025, to consider, inter-alia, the Audited Financial Results of the Company, for the quarter and period ended 31st December, 2024," it said.
Hindustan Aeronautics Interim Dividend Details
In another filing on Feb. 7, Hindustan Aeronautics announced the revised date of the first interim dividend.
"In continuation to our Letter No. CO/SEC/4(7)/2024-25/ BSE & NSE Filing/83 dated 4th February, 2025, we would like to inform that, based on the advice of the Stock Exchanges, the revised Record date for the purpose of first interim dividend for the financial year 2024-25, if declared, will be 18th February, 2025 (Tuesday)," the company said.
Hindustan Aeronautics Share Price History
Shares of Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. have shown a weak performance over the past few months. On the NSE, HAL shares have fallen 5.23% and 19.79% over the past month and six months respectively. In the last year, however, the stock price has moved up by 33.21%.
At 10 a.m. on Monday, HAL shares were trading 0.72% lower at Rs 3791.20 apiece as compared to a 0.46% fall in benchmark Nifty 50.
Hindustan Aeronautics Q2 Results
Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. reported a 22% increase in Q2 net profit to Rs 1,510 crore from Rs 1,237 crore in the same period last year. Revenue grew 6% YoY to Rs 5,976 crore, while Ebitda rose by 7.4% to Rs 1,640 crore. The company’s margin expanded by 30 basis points to 27.4%.
