Bharti Hexacom Q4 Results: Net Profit Soars To Rs 468 Crore, Declares Dividend

Bharti Hexacom Ltd.'s net profit rose more than 79% during the quarter ended March 31, 2025.
The company's net profit surged to Rs 468 crore for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025 as compared to Rs 261 crore on sequential basis, according to an exchange filing on Tuesday. It's revenue for the January- March period rose to Rs 2,289 crore, up from Rs 2,251 crore in the previous quarter.

Dividend
The board of Bharti Hexacom recommended a final dividend of Rs 10 per share at a face value of Rs 5 each for the fiscal 2024-25.
If approved at the annual general meeting, the proposed dividend will be paid to eligible shareholders within 30 days of the AGM.
Shares of Bharti Hexacom closed 3.13% lower at Rs 1,703.30 apiece on the National Stock Exchange, compared to a 1.39% fall in the benchmark Nifty. The stock has risen 89.22% in the last 12 months and 16.91% on a year-to-date basis.
Out of 12 analysts tracking the company, nine recommend a 'buy' rating on the stock, two gave 'hold' and one suggested 'sell', according to Bloomberg data. The average of the 12-month analysts' price target implies a potential downside of 5.6%.
