Bank of Baroda has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on Friday, July 25, at the bank’s corporate office in BKC, Mumbai. The agenda includes consideration and approval of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, along with the relevant segment reporting.

Bank Of Baroda Q1 Results: Trading Window Closure

Bank of Baroda has announced that its trading window has been closed from July 1, in accordance with the bank’s code of fair disclosure and conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The window will reopen on July 28.

Bank Of Baroda Q1 Results: Earnings Call

Bank of Baroda has announced the schedule for its upcoming analyst conference following the release of its financial results for the quarter ended June 30. The analyst meet is scheduled for Friday, July 25, and it will start at 6 p.m. The session will include a management discussion and a Q&A on the bank’s Q1 FY26 financial performance.

Spokespersons from the bank for the analyst meet will include Debadatta Chand (managing director and CEO), IVL Sridhar (chief financial officer) and executive directors Lal Singh, Lalit Tyagi and Sanjay Vinayak Mudaliar.

Bank Of Baroda Q4 FY25 Results

Bank of Baroda reported a 3.3% year-on-year rise in standalone net profit for the quarter ended March 2025, at Rs 5,048 crore, up from Rs 4,886 crore in the corresponding year-ago period. Net interest income (NII) for the quarter stood at Rs 11,020 crore, marking a 7% decline from Rs 11,793 crore reported in the same quarter of the previous fiscal.

The bank’s asset quality showed improvement during the quarter. Gross non-performing assets (GNPA) ratio eased to 2.26%, compared to 2.43% in the previous quarter ended December.
