Bajaj Auto Q3 Results: Date And Time
Bajaj Auto said that its board of directors will meet on Tuesday, Jan. 28 to consider the financial results for the October-December quarter.
"This is to inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Tuesday, 28 January 2025, to consider, inter alia, the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending 31 December 2024," it said in an exchange filing dated Dec. 31, 2024.
The company said that following the board meeting, it will release the Q3 results.
"The Company will submit the unaudited financial results for quarter and nine months ending 31 December 2024, immediately after the Board Meeting on 28 January 2025, i.e. within a period of forty- five days from the end of the quarter of the said financial year 2024-25," Bajaj Auto said.

"This is to inform you that a conference call (group meet) for analysts / institutional investors is scheduled on January 28, 2025 (Tuesday) at 06:30 PM IST for discussing the Company's Q3 FY25 results," it said.
Executive Director Rakesh Sharma and Chief Financial Officer Dinesh Thapar will discuss the Q3 results with analysts and investors during the call.

The standalone net profit of the Pulsar-maker rose by 9% year-on-year to Rs 2,005 crore, while revenue surged 22% yearly to Rs 13,127 crore in the three months ending September 30.
