Adani Wilmar Q3 Results: Net Profit Doubles To Rs 410.6 Crore, Beats Estimates
Adani Wilmar Ltd.'s revenue from operations rose 31% to Rs 16,859.3 crore, slightly below estimate of Rs 17,027.8 crore.

Adani Wilmar Ltd.'s consolidated net profit doubled in the third quarter of fiscal 2025 on the back of double-digit revenue growth in edible oils and food and FMCG segments.
Net profit surged 104% year-on-year to Rs 410.57 crore, significantly exceeding the analysts' consensus estimates compiled by Bloomberg of Rs 242.9 crore.
Revenue from operations rose 31% to Rs 16,859.3 crore, slightly below the estimate of Rs 17,027.8 crore.
On the operating side, earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation grew 57% to Rs 791.59 crore, beating the forecast of Rs 551.5 crore. Margin improved to 4.7% from 3.9%, surpassing the estimated 3.2%.

Adani Wilmar Q3 Results: Segment Performance
Income from edible oil rose 38% to Rs 13,387 crore, while volume growth was 4%. Branded sales declined in low single digits, primarily due to a double-digit decline in packed palm oil sales and downtrading by consumers. However, branded sales increased across all other edible oils, the company said.
Food and FMCG segment revenue jumped 22% to Rs 1,558 crore. The segment continued to experience double-digit growth in both general trade and e-commerce channels.
In the December quarter, the industry essentials segment’s revenue increased by 4% to Rs 1,915 crore. The lower sale in castor meals and oil meal led to a decline in the segment’s volume during the quarter.
Adani Wilmar Share Price Up

Adani Wilmar share price advanced over 7.2% intraday to Rs 270 apiece. The scrip was trading 3% higher by 1:35 p.m. The benchmark NSE Nifty 50 was down 1.1%.
The stock has fallen 26% in the last 12 months. The total traded volume so far in the day stood at 2.2 times its 30-day average. The relative strength index was at 34.
Two out of the five analysts tracking Adani Wilmar have a 'buy' rating on the stock, two recommend a 'hold' and one suggests a 'sell', according to Bloomberg data. The average of 12-month analysts' price target of Rs 328 implies a potential upside of 30%.
