360 One WAM Q4 Profit Rises 3%, Declares Dividend Of Rs 6 Per Share

360 One WAM Ltd.'s consolidated net profit grew 3% to Rs 249.6 crore in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025 as compared to Rs 242.6 crore in the year-ago period.

The company's revenue rose 3.7% to Rs 820.8 crore for the January–March quarter as against Rs 791.2 crore for the year-ago period, according to an exchange filing on Wednesday.

Dividend

360 One WAM has approved its first interim dividend of Rs 6 per share at a face value of Re 1 for the financial year 2025–26.

The record date for the dividend has been set as April 29 and the same will be paid to the eligible shareholders on or before May 22.

The wealth manager plans to raise up to Rs 250 crore by issuing non-convertible debt securities privately in one or more installments.

Additionally, Karan Bhagat has been reappointed as the managing director of the company for a period of five years, starting from July 27, 2025, to July 26, 2030, subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Shares of 360 One WAM closed 4.52% higher at Rs 1,059.75 apiece on the National Stock Exchange, compared to a 0.67% rise in the benchmark Nifty. The stock has risen by 38.34% in the last 12 months but fallen 15.54% on a year-to-date basis.

Out of the 12 analysts tracking the company, nine have a 'buy' rating on the stock, two recommend 'hold' and one suggests 'sell', according to Bloomberg data. The average of 12-month analysts' price targets implies a potential upside of 10.1%.
