(Bloomberg) -- A bomb blast that killed at least one person in a restaurant in Uganda's capital, Kampala, “seems to be a terrorist act,” President Yoweri Museveni said.
The incident on Saturday night injured at least five, Museveni said on Twitter on Sunday.
