(Bloomberg) -- Trade tariffs called for and imposed by U.S. President Donald Trump are bad for global trade and countries should act within a fair, transparent rules-based system, Lesetja Kganyago, South Africa's central bank governor, said.
“With these trade measures, in the end all of us are going to be losers,” Kganyago said in an interview in Pretoria on Thursday.
