Manoj Tiwari Has Five Cars Including Audi Q7, Mercedes — All Worth Less Than Rs 20 Lakh

The former Delhi BJP President is contesting from Delhi North-East constituency and will go head to head against Congress' Kanhaiya Kumar in Lok Sabha polls 2024.

Bhojpuri singer and actor Manoj Tiwari has a portfolio of more than Rs 28 crore, with movable assets amounting to Rs 10.5 crore. The BJP MP has a thing for speed and owns five cars, including an Audi Q7 and a Mercedes-Benz E280, all interestingly worth less than Rs 20 lakh.

Tiwari is a conservative investor and has a large chunk of his wealth in fixed income assets and real estate. He has 15 fixed deposits worth Rs 6.5 crore, holds Rs 2.1 crore in his saving/current accounts and also owns gold worth Rs 10.5 lakh. His sole equity investment is in a private limited company Saanvika Films, worth Rs 50,000.

He has also extended loans of Rs 1.2 crore to an unlisted entity.

He owns immovable assets of Rs 17.5 crore, with land worth Rs 3.5 crore, a bungalow in Mumbai's Andheri worth Rs 3 crore, and several residential buildings. Tiwari has liabilities amounting to Rs 69 lakh, consisting of two home loans from Axis Bank Ltd. and State Bank of India.

Tiwari's taxable income has seen a consistent decline, falling to over Rs 46 lakh in FY23 from Rs 70 lakh in FY19.

All seven constituencies of Delhi go to polls on May 25 in the sixth phase of Lok Sabha elections.
