He goes to the Kings XI Punjab for Rs 2 crore.

England's fast bowler Mark Wood goes to Chennai Super Kings for Rs 1.5 crore. The 28-year-old has picked up 17 wickets from 16 matches.

Akila Dhananjaya to Mumbai Indians
Sri Lanka's Akila Dhananjaya, who tormented the Indian team during an ODI series last year, goes to the Mumbai Indians for Rs 50 lakh.

India's fast bowler Varun Aaron finds no place in any of the franchises in this auction. His base price was at Rs 50 lakh.

The Mumbai Indians have scalped an opening batsman in Evin Lewis for Rs 3.8 crore! The top-order batsman Saurabh Tiwary goes to Mumbai Indians for Rs 80 lakh.
Murugan Ashwin to Royal Challengers Bangalore
The Tamil Nadu leg-spinner Murugan Ashwin bags a contract of Rs 2.2 crore with Royal Challengers Bangalore. Ashwin has picked up 30 wickets in 32 T20 matches.

Shahbaz Nadeem to Delhi Daredevils
The Royal Challengers Bangalore and Delhi Daredevils get into the first bidding war of the day. The price is upto to Rs 2.4 crore!
Eventually, RCB gives up at Rs 3.2 crore, and Delhi takes Nadeem at that price.
Nadeem has picked up 37 wickets from 55 IPL matches.

Good Morning!
Welcome to the coverage of Day 2 of the IPL Auction from Bengaluru. It was an eventful Day 1 on Saturday – Big players such as Chris Gayle and Lasith Malinga didn't find any bidders. While Englishman Ben Stokes stole the show, once again, by becoming the most expensive player on Day 1. Stokes joined Steve Smith for Rs 12.5 crore.
The likes of Chris Gayle and Lasith Malinga will come back for another round in the auction today, let's see if any franchise is interested in them.
