(Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg has retracted an incorrect article published April 17 with the headline “State Department Official Becomes Billionaire on DocuSign Stake” because our reporting on the primary subject of the story, Keith Krach, the U.S. State Department's undersecretary for economic growth, energy and the environment, was incomplete. Krach had divested his stake in DocuSign as a condition of joining the federal government. These divestments all took place during the last calendar year. We regret the error.
