(Bloomberg) -- South Africa's government will announce plans to reduce state debt when it releases the mid-term budget estimates in October, President Cyril Ramaphosa said.
While the country is seeing increased foreign direct investment, efforts to ignite economic growth and create jobs will take time to gain traction, Ramaphosa said in response to a question in Parliament in Cape Town on Thursday.
