(Bloomberg) -- The decline in Australia's home prices accelerated sharply in the final quarter of 2018. Without signs of a reprieve in the first three months of this year, authorities may roll out more measures to stabilize demand. While the risk of a rate cut by the Reserve Bank of Australia has increased, Bloomberg Economics thinks further easing can be avoided.
