(Bloomberg) -- Gasmeth Energy Ltd. can extract and process methane gas from Lake Kivu after signing an agreement for a $400 million project.
The project includes an extraction plant on the lake and an onshore compression plant, the Rwanda Development Board said in an emailed statement.
