(Bloomberg) -- New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio ordered hotels and short-term rentals to require travelers to fill out health forms before giving them access to their rooms.
He also asked New Yorkers to avoid traveling to states with high virus transmission rates, and said they should quarantine for 14 days upon returning to the city.
