(Bloomberg) -- New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy said the state employees' union has agreed to furloughs and other cost savings.
The agreement includes cost-of-living freezes, Murphy said Tuesday. It comes as the state faces large revenue losses due to the virus shutdown.
