(Bloomberg) -- The U.S. Department of Justice made a new, more lenient sentencing recommendation for Trump confidant Roger Stone, after the president tweeted earlier that a possible 9-year prison was “very unfair.”
In a filing Tuesday, prosecutors suggested Stone receive a sentence of between 3 and 4 years for lying to congress and other crimes.
