(Bloomberg) -- Building political risks on both sides of the English Channel are leaving strategists divided on the outlook for the pound against the euro, with the range between the highest and lowest forecasts for euro-sterling at the end of 2017 at 27 pence. That's the widest range going into a new year since at least 2006.
