Delhi Blast LIVE Updates: All Responsible Will Be Brought To Justice, Says PM Modi
Prime Narendra Modi said that all conspirators of the Delhi blast that killed 12 people will be "brought to justice". Addressing a gathering at the Changlimithang celebration ground in Bhutan, the prime minister said that Monday's "horrifying" blast in Delhi shocked everyone. "I understand the plight of those affected by the blast," he said, stressing that today the entire nation stands with the families of the victims.
"All those responsible for it will be brought to justice," the prime minister said.
Modi said he was in a meeting with agencies and people involved in the blast's investigation overnight on Tuesday. Our agencies will get to the bottom of the conspiracy, and no conspirator will be spared, he said.

Delhi Blast LIVE Updates: SC Pays Homage To Victims
The Supreme Court paid homage to the victims of the car blast near the Red Fort here, and said the top court is committed to uphold the rule of law. Chief Justice of India B R Gavai said in this hour of grief, the Supreme Court stands with the citizens of the country. "The Supreme Court is committed to upholding the rule of law and may the departed soul rest in peace," the CJI said.
Delhi Blast LIVE Updates: Amit Shah Chairs Security Review Meeting
Union Home Minister Amit Shah reviewed the security situation in New Delhi and other parts of the country. The meeting was attended by Union Home Secretary Govind Mohan, Director of Intelligence Bureau Tapan Deka, Delhi Police Commissioner Satish Golcha and DG, NIA, Sadanand Vasant Date. DGP of Jammu and Kashmir Nalin Prabhat also attend the meeting virtually.
During the meeting, top officials gave detailed presentations on the situation in the aftermath of the blast. The home minister has said that top investigating agencies were probing the blast, and will go in-depth into the incident.
Delhi Blast LIVE Updates: Death Toll Red Fort Rises To 12
The death toll in the blast near Red Fort rose to 12, with three more people succumbing to injuries. Till last night, nine people were confirmed to have died in the blast and 20 others were injured. The police now said that three more people have succumbed to injuries taking the toll to 12.
