PM Modi's Pariksha Pe Charcha 2025 To Be Held In Jan: Registrations Open; Check Last Date, How To Apply

PPC 2025: The session, where Prime Minister Narendra Modi will interact with students, will take place just before annual school examinations commence across the country.

The 8th edition of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Pariksha Pe Charcha (PPC) is scheduled to be held in January 2025, the Ministry of Education said in a press release on Dec.19. The session, where the Prime Minister will interact with students, will take place just before annual school examinations commence across the country.

In Pariksha Pe Charcha, PM Modi interacts with students from Classes 6 to 12, with an aim to help them overcome exam stress and pressure. The event is held at the Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, in New Delhi, with participation from school teachers and students.

"Conceptualised to reduce examination stress and encourage students, teachers, and parents to celebrate life as an 'Utsav,' PPC has been a resounding success over the past seven years," the education ministry said in its press release.

The registration window for the 8th edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha went live on Dec. 14 and will remain open till Jan. 14, 2025.

Pariksha Pe Charcha: How To Register?

The Ministry of Education has also released guidelines for applying to participate in Pariksha Pe Charcha.

  • Go to the MyGovIndia registration portal with the link here

  • Click on the 'Participate Now' tab

  • Login with your name, email/phone number and OTP

  • Enter your details as asked

  • Complete the Quiz Competition (MCQ format) that has been developed for the students of classes 6 to 12, teachers, and parents 

  • Submit the question that you would like to ask PM Modi

  • Submit your application

"For interaction with the Prime Minister, an attempt shall be made to select questions by students, teachers and parents from diverse regions of India covering varied topics. Questions from students abroad shall also be included as was done in previous years," the education ministry said.

For Pariksha Pe Charcha 2025, two students (classes 9 to 12) and a teacher from each State/UT, along with winners of Kala Utsav, and participants from Veer Gatha, PRERANA alumni, and PM SHRI schools will be invited as special guests for the main event.

 In 2024, 2.26 crore participants (2.06 crore students, 14.93 lakh teachers, and 5.69 lakh parents) took part in the program.
