Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be in Navi Mumbai's Kharghar on Wednesday to inaugurate ISKCON's Sri Sri Radha Madanmohanji Temple.

The project spread over nine acres, includes a temple with several deities, a Vedic education centre, proposed museums and auditorium, and a healing centre, among others. It aims to promote universal brotherhood, peace, and harmony through Vedic teachings, a PMO statement said earlier this week.

To manage large crowds and maintain smooth traffic flow for PM Modi's visit to the city, the police have issued a detailed advisory with road closures and diversions.

The inauguration ceremony, scheduled for 5 p.m. at Sector 23, Kharghar, will host several dignitaries, including ministers from the central and state governments and other political leaders. Traffic restrictions have been implemented from 6 a.m. on Wednesday to reduce congestion. Commuters are advised to plan accordingly to avoid delays during PM Modi's visit to Navi Mumbai.

  • From Ove Gaon Police Chowki to J Kumar Circle.

  • Between Gate No. 1 and Gate No. 2 of the ISKCON temple.

  • From Gurudwara Chowk to J Kumar Circle via BD Somani School.

Only VIP vehicles, police, emergency services, and event attendees will be allowed access.
