Mumbai Rains Highlights: IMD Issues Orange Alert For Thursday

The India Meteorological Department has issued a red alert for three coastal Maharashtra districts –— Raigad, Ratnagiri, Sindhudurg.

The Indian Meteorological Department has issued orange alert for Mumba, Thane and Palghar for Thursday. Raigad, Ratnagiri and Sindhudurg were issued red alerts for July 24. IMD has further warned of more showers till July 25.

The IMD issued an orange alert for Mumbai, Thane, and Palghar for Thursday, July 24. It also issued a red alert for Raigad, Ratnagiri and Sindhudurg regarding Thursday.

IMD has issued orange alert for Raigad, Sindhudurg, Nagpur, Wardha, Chandrapur, Gadchiroli districts.

Delhi Rains Live: IMD Issues Red Alert For Delhi NCR

IMD has issued red alert for Delhi NCR, warning of heavy to very heavy rainfall accompanied by thunderstorms and gusty winds throughout the day.

In addition, parts of Rajasthan, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh are also likely to witness light to moderate rain throughout the day.


Mumbai Weather Live: 11 Tree Fell, Two Incidents Of Portion Of House Collapse Occurred In Last 24 Hrs 

In last 24 hours, seven incidents of short circuit and 11 tree/tree branches fell in Mumbai, shared BMC.

Two incidents of portion of house collapse were also reported, but fortunately, no one reported to be injured in monsoon-related incidents in the last 24 hours, it added.
