Indore has secured its spot as India’s cleanest city for the eighth consecutive year, while Surat and Navi Mumbai follow closely in the government’s annual Swachh Survekshan rankings.

The survey results, announced on Thursday, also identified Noida as the cleanest city in the 3–10 lakh population category, with Chandigarh and Mysuru obtaining second and third places.
