Waaree Renewable Technologies Q4: Trading Window Closure
The trading window for dealing in securities of the company was closed on April 1. The closure applies to directors, promoters, designated persons, their immediate relatives, and connected persons, in accordance with the company's code of conduct and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The restriction has been imposed ahead of the declaration of the company's audited financial results. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are announced to the stock exchanges.
Waaree Renewable Technologies Q3 Results
Solar power producer Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd. reported a decline in profit for the third quarter of FY25. The solar EPC subsidiary of the Waaree Group posted a 16.7% year-on-year drop in net profit to Rs 53.5 crore for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2024. During the same period, revenue rose 11% to Rs 360 crore compared to Rs 324 crore a year ago. But profitability came under pressure as Ebitda fell 18% to Rs 72 crore from Rs 88 crore, while Ebitda margin contracted to 20% from 27%, reflecting a decline of 700 basis points.
