Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. declared a final dividend of Rs 5.5 apiece with the face value of Re 1 for fiscal 2025, according to an exchange filing on Thursday.
The dividend is subject to approval from shareholders at the upcoming annual general meeting. The record date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive the dividend will be July 7, 2025.
The dividend will be paid on Aug. 8 post approval at the AGM.
