Stocks To Watch: HUL, Dr Reddy's, TCS, Bharat Electronics, Kalpataru Projects, ONGC

Hindustan Unilever Ltd., Dr Reddy's Laboratories Ltd., Tata Consultancy Services Ltd., Bharat Electronics Ltd., Kalpataru Projects Ltd. and Oil and Natural Gas Corp. are some of the stocks set to buzz on Monday.

HUL, Dalmia Bharat, Kalpataru Projects and Kansai Nerolac Paints are some of the stocks going ex-trade for dividend.

Here are the notable corporate announcements released after Friday market hours.

• TCS: The company will set-up two new automotive delivery centres in Germany and engineering centre in Romania.

• Dr Reddy's Laboratories: The company received USFDA tentative approval for Carbidopa and Levodopa.

• Emcure Pharma: The company will acquire the remaining 20.42% stake in arm Zuventus Healthcare for Rs 725 crore, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary.

• Bharat Electronics: The company secured additional orders worth Rs 585 crore since the last disclosure on June 5. Major orders received include fire control and sighting system for missiles, communication equipment, jammers, spares, services etc.

• ONGC: The company will provide a corporate guarantee of up to $412 million for fundraising by ONGC Videsh overseas IFSC.

• Waaree Renewable: Solar EPC order revised upwards by Rs 247 crore to Rs 1,480 crore.

• Granules India: USFDA concluded an inspection at the company’s Hyderabad API plant and issued one Form 483 Observation. The inspection was done from June 16 to June 20. The company will respond to this observation within the stipulated time.

• LT Foods: The United States Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration during its administrative review of the countervailing duty order on organic soybean meal from India for the period from Jan 1, 2023, to Dec 31, 2023, applied the ‘adverse facts available’ (“AFA”) methodology to arm Ecopure Specialities. As a result, the highest possible CVD rate of 340.27% has been imposed on Ecopure’s exports of organic soybean meal to the US.

• H.G. INFRA: The company received a letter of Intent from PFC Consulting to establish an interstate transmission system.

• Bank of India: The bank will consider fundraising by an issue of long-term bonds on June 26.

• Ex- Final Dividend: Dalmia Bharat (Rs 5), Dynamic Cables (Rs 0.5), GNA Axles (Rs 3), Hindustan Unilever (Rs 24), Kalpataru Projects (Rs 9), Samvardhan Motherson International (Rs 0.35), Motherson Sumi Wiring (Rs 0.35), Kansai Nerolac Paints (Rs 2.5 + Rs 1.25 special dividend).

• Ex-Bonus Issue: V-Mart Retail (3:1).
