Shares of the newly-listed Mamata Machinery, DAM Capital and Transrail Lighting were edging higher till mid-day trade.

Benchmark equity indices came off their day's highs but still traded half a percent higher through the mid-day, with IndusInd Bank Ltd., Reliance Industries Ltd., and Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. contributing most to the gains.

Mamata Machinery ⬆️
After a debut at 146.9% premium over its issue price on both NSE and BSE, Mamata Machinery Ltd.'s share price was locked in its upper circuit at noon. Its IPO, which closed on Dec. 23, was subscribed 194.95 times, with demand led by non-institutional investors. The IPO comprised only an offer-for-sale component worth Rs 179.4 crore.
NMDC ⬇️
NMDC Ltd. shares gave up minor gains in the first hour of the session as they traded ex-bonus on Friday. In early trade, the stock saw a modest rise of 0.86%, trading at Rs 72.10 on the NSE after being adjusted for the bonus issue.
DAM Capital⬆️
After listing at a premium of 38.87% premium over its issue price on the NSE, shares of DAM Capital Advisors Ltd. gained some more and traded 52.4% above the issue price at Rs 431.40 at 12:13 p.m. Its IPO, which closed on Dec. 23, was subscribed 82.08 times, with demand led by qualified institutional buyers. The IPO comprised only an OFS worth Rs 840.25 crore.
Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders ⬆️
Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Ltd.'s share price resumed decline after a one-day rise as they traded ex-split. Before Thursday's advance, the stock had lost nearly 13% in its five-session fall.
Transrail Lighting ⬆️
Transrail Lighting Ltd., which was among the stocks that listed on Friday, traded 34% higher as of 12:16 p.m. at Rs 579. The shares were listed at Rs 590 apiece, at a premium of 36.57% over the issue price of Rs 432. On the BSE, the scrip debuted at at Rs 585.15, marking a premium of 35.45%.
