Stock Market Today: Nifty, Sensex Closes Strong
The NSE Nifty 50 and BSE Sensex ended higher tracking a rise in Infosys Ltd. Tata Consultancy Services and HCLTech Ltd. shares also contributed.
Both the indices closed 0.39% higher.
The NSE Nifty IT was the top performing sectoral index while the NSE Nifty Oil and Gas was the worst performing sectoral index.
The NSE Nifty Midcap 150 and NSE Nifty Smallcap 250 ended 0.20% and 0.26% higher, respectively.

Rupee closed 17 paise stronger at 88.10against US dollar
