SJVN Shares Trade Flat After Adding Electricity Supply Of 100 MW

Shares of SJVN Ltd. were trading flat even as its subsidiary, SJVN Green Energy Ltd., achieved commercial operation of 100.25 MW part capacity out of 1,000 MW for a solar power project in Bikaner.
The project has achieved total COD of 501.02 MW out of 1,000 MW as on date and the remaining capacity is expected to be commissioned soon, according to the exchange filing on Monday.
"The wholly-owned subsidiary SJVN Green Energy Limited has achieved commercial operation of 100.25 MW part capacity out of 1,000 MW for Bikaner Solar Power Project on July 30," the company said in the statement. The remaining capacity is expected to be commissioned soon.

SJVN stock fell as much as 0.81% during the day to Rs 99.7 apiece on the NSE. It was trading 0.43% lower at Rs 100.1 apiece, compared to a 0.27% advance in the benchmark Nifty 50 as of 9:50 a.m.
It has risen 24.06% in the last 12 months and 24.06% on a year-to-date basis. The relative strength index was at 49.
Two out of five analysts tracking the company have a 'buy' rating on the stock, two recommend a 'hold' and one suggests 'sell', according to Bloomberg data. The 12-month analysts' consensus target price on the stock is Rs 100.25, implying a downside of 0.1%.
