SJVN Interim Dividend 2025 Record Date Announced — Check Amount And Payment Date
SJVN Ltd. posted a net profit of Rs 149.03 crore in the third quarter of the ongoing fiscal, marking a 7% rise from Rs 138.97 crore in the year-ago quarter.

SJVN Ltd. has announced an interim dividend for its shareholders following the release of the financial statements for the quarter and nine months ended Dec 2024. The company’s board during its meeting on Feb. 13 approved an interim dividend of Rs. 1.15 per equity share for FY 2024-25.
The record date for this dividend payout has been set for Feb. 21, with payments beginning on Mar. 6. The company announced the distribution of Rs 1,671 crore to shareholders in the third quarter of this fiscal.
"The Board of Directors in the aforesaid meeting have also approved interim dividend of Rs. 1.15/- per equity share for the Financial Year 2024-25. The Record Date for the same is fixed on 21.02.2025. The payment of dividend shall start from 06.03.2025 onwards," the company said in an exchange filing dated February 13.
SJVN Ltd. is a Navratna public sector undertaking involved in hydroelectric power generation and transmission.

SJVN Ltd. posted a net profit of Rs 149.03 crore in the third quarter of the ongoing fiscal, marking a 7% rise from Rs 138.97 crore in the year-ago quarter. The net profit also surpassed the consensus estimate of Rs 128 crore by the analysts tracked by Bloomberg.
The company's revenue surged more than 23.5% year-on-year to Rs 670.99 crore, beating the analysts' estimate of Rs 395 crore. The company recorded a revenue of Rs 543.31 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.
Ebitda jumped 26% YoY to Rs 462.91 crore versus Rs 368.47 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. Margin expanded to 69% in Q3 from 67.8%. Three of the five analysts tracking the company have given a 'buy' rating on the SJVN Ltd. stock while one has suggested a hold, according to Bloomberg data. In contrast, one of the analysts has recommended 'sell' on SJVN stock. The average of 12-month analysts' price targets implies a potential upside of 12.3%.
