State-owned REC Ltd. is scheduled to announce the results for the third quarter of FY 2025-26 this week. It is a Maharatna public sector undertaking (PSU) of the Ministry of Power. REC Q3 Results: Date And Dividend News
In an exchange filing dated Jan. 19, REC said that a meeting of its Board of Directors will be held on Jan. 29 to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended Dec. 31, 2025.
The Board of Directors will also consider a proposal for the declaration of a third interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26, the company informed the bourses.
REC Q3 Results: Trading Window Closure
In compliance with SEBI rules to prevent insider trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company has been closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from Jan. 1 to Jan. 31.

REC Q2 Results
REC reported a 10.6% year-on-year (YoY) rise in consolidated total income to Rs 15,162.38 crore in Q2FY26 from Rs 13,706.31 crore in Q2FY25. The company's net profit grew 9.34% YoY to Rs 4,414.93 crore in Q2FY26 from Rs 4,037.72 crore in Q2FY25.
