More than 660 companies will declare the results for the third quarter of the financial year 2025-26 (Q3FY26) on Feb. 13. Some of the major companies set to release their earnings reports for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2025, include KFin Technologies, Indigo Paints, Kirloskar Industries, C.E. Info Systems, Torrent Pharmaceuticals, Fortis Healthcare, NBCC (India), Info Edge (India), Ola Electric Mobility and GMR Airports. Many of these companies are also likely to announce dividends. Several of them have also announced the schedule for their earnings call to discuss the results for Q3FY26.

Torrent Pharmaceuticals Q2 Results
Torrent Pharmaceuticals reported a 14.3% year-on-year (YoY) rise in consolidated total revenue from operations at Rs 3,302 crore in Q2FY26 from Rs 2,889 crore in Q2FY25. Net profit grew 30.5% YoY to Rs 591 crore in Q2FY26 from Rs 453 crore in the year-ago quarter.
GMR Airports Q2 Results
GMR Airports saw a 44.5% YoY rise in consolidated total income at Rs 3,754.38 crore in Q2FY26, compared to Rs 2,598.09 crore in Q2FY25. The company's net profit stood at Rs 35.06 crore in Q2FY26 compared to a loss of 428.77 crore in the same period of the preceding fiscal.
NBCC Q2 Results
State-owned NBCC India Ltd. reported a 19% YoY growth in consolidated revenue from operations at Rs 2,910.2 crore in Q2FY26 from Rs 2,445.73 crore in Q2FY25. Profit after tax increased 25.22% YoY to Rs 156.69 crore in Q2FY26 from Rs 125.13 crore in Q2FY25.
