NBCC India Final Dividend 2025 Announced: Amount, Payment Date And Other Key Details

NBCC India Ltd., a Navratna public sector undertaking (PSU) of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, has announced a final dividend for the financial year 2024-25.

The company’s Board of Directors, at the meeting held on May 29, approved the dividend proposal, while the payout is subject to approval from the shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The company's Board recommends a final dividend of Rs 0.14 per fully paid-up equity share of a face value of Rs 1 each for the financial year 2024-25.

Previously, the company had declared an interim dividend of Rs 0.53 per share declared by the company on Feb. 4, 2025.   

Once approved by shareholders at the AGM, the final dividend of NBCC will get paid within 30 days from the date of the declaration, the company informed the stock exchanges. The company is yet to announce the record date for the final dividend.

The latest announcement from the company comes in line with the disclosure requirements under Regulation 30, along with other applicable provisions under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The Board of Directors has approved the financial results, both standalone and consolidated, for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025.  

The state-owned construction company’s consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter of FY 2024-25 increased 29.3% year-on-year to Rs 176 crore against Rs 136 crore in the year-ago period. Its revenue increased 16.2% YoY to Rs 4,643 crore in the March quarter against Rs 3,996 crore in the same quarter of the preceding fiscal. EBITDA advanced 19.4% YoY to Rs 290 crore against Rs 243 crore in the year-ago quarter.

NBCC shares were trading 1.47% lower at Rs 114.49 apiece on the NSE, as of 10:06 a.m. on Friday. This compares to a 0.20% decline in the benchmark Nifty 50.
