India's primary market is gearing up for increased activity in the week starting Jan. 20, with five new issues and seven listings scheduled.
Among the new public issues, the maiden offering of Denta Water and Infra Solutions Ltd. will be the only one in the mainboard segment. The Rs 220.5-crore IPO will open at a price band of Rs 279 to Rs 294 per share with a face value of Rs 10 each.
The water and infrastructure solutions company's offer will open for subscription on Jan. 22 and will close on Jan. 24. The IPO comprises only a fresh issue of equity shares of up to 75 lakh and will have no offer-for-sale component.
Meanwhile, on Monday, Capital Numbers Infotech Ltd. will open at a price band of Rs 250 to Rs 263 per share in the SME space. The company aims to raise Rs 169.37 crore.
On Wednesday, the IPO of Rexpro Enterprises Ltd. will open for bidding at an issue price of Rs 145 per share. The firm aims to mop up Rs 53.65 crore.
The subscription for CLN Energy Ltd.'s IPO in the small and medium enterprise segment will begin on Jan. 23, with the company aiming to raise Rs 72.30 crore. Meanwhile, GB Logistics Commerce Ltd. will kick off its public issue on Jan. 24.
New Listings
The week will also see seven companies debuting on the exchanges with two in the mainboard space.
Laxmi Dental will list on the bourses on Jan. 20, while Stallion India Fluorochemicals Ltd. will start trading on the national exchanges on Jan. 23.
Five SME IPOs will also start trading this week.
Barflex Polyfilms Ltd. will list its shares on Jan. 20, while Kabra Jewels Ltd. and Rikhav Securities Ltd. will list on Jan. 22.
Landmark Immigration Consultants Ltd. will list its shares on the NSE on Jan. 23, followed by EMA Partners India Ltd. on Jan. 24.
